Local Riding Information Page

North Conway is the hub of our area's mountain bike community. With several zones to choose from and trails to satisfy riders of any ability. Our bike shop is located right in the heart of it all.

Whitehorse to Cathedral Ledge Loop

An incredibly scenic route with two very fun descents for riders of intermediate skill and above. The pedal up Stony Ridge is very engaging and challenging at times, rewarding you with the beautiful slabby summit of Whitehorse. The descent from here is techy, tight at times, and provides some fun quirky corners. After traversing the fire road to Cathedral Ledge road, you can enjoy what may be the most scenic view in town, Cathedral Ledge. After soaking it in for a moment, drop into Half Day for a flowy loamer that's sure to put a smile on your face.

Extended Whitehorse to Cathedral Ledge Loop

Don't let the stats fool you... 15 miles and 2000 feet of climbing doesn't sound too tough, but this route will surely test you at times. However, this zone is quite unique and its absolutely worth it! Trails like Highschool Loop, Mineral Site, and Tent Boulder truly feel like backcountry zones despite being close to town. The climb up Stony Ridge is beautiful. The descent of Whitehorse is a shop favorite. Cathedral Ledge and Half Day are a perfect way to end a day. Enjoy!

Hurricane Tour

The perfect way to drain the entire battery on your ebike or tear your legs off pedaling old school. The Hurricane system is only 4 minutes from the shop via ebike and is perfect if you're renting one for the day! If not, just park in the big dirt lot at Cranmore. This route takes you up and down in the most efficient manner to give you the most bang for you buck! Guaranteed to put a smile on your face and show you some of the finest enduro riding the state has to offer.

10 Mile Redstone Loop

A 10 Mile loop in the classic Redstone network. You can park at the rec path entrance near Cranmore or at the parking lot near Walmart. It can also be pedaled to without much effort right from the shop if you're renting a bike! This route offers about 1000 feet of climbing and descent and a mix of green, blue, and one blacks that are manageable at any skill level. It's sure to be a fun workout and great ride! You can add more trails or take some out depending on how you're feeling... but this route is a great start!

15 Mile Redstone Loop

15 miles of singletrack to showcase the best that the Redstone area has to offer. This is a similar route to the above '10 Mile Redstone Loop", but adds in the full Outer Limits / Twilight Zone area. Some flowy greens and blue with some added hard climbs and descending to crank it up a notch!

Pine Hill Loop

A great loop on its own, but also a great addition to a Redstone ride! Flowy and pure fun... do it as many times as you can!
